Over 50% of Bishop’s students benefit from financial support in the form of scholarships, bursaries, grants, loans, and internships. This support not only makes it possible for recipients to attend Bishop’s, but it also empowers them to fully participate in the Gaiters community. 

Every donation makes a tangible difference in the lives of Bishop’s students, and they are filled with gratitude. 

Opening the Doors to Education

In 2024-2025, scholarships, awards, and bursaries were made possible by 239 funds and were distributed among 1,059 students:

As of May 8, 2025, $ 2,442,720.92 has been disbursed.

    Thanks to the generous support I am receiving, I can fully dedicate myself to my clinical psychology training and research. This funding will allow me to complete my doctoral degree on time and enter the job market ready to provide bilingual mental health services.
