Experiential learning

Experiential Learning is learning through hands-on experience that is available for all students, which helps connect classroom theory to real-life situations, leading to broad and long-lasting outcomes. The purpose is to assist students in making career decisions, preparing for the future as well as in providing opportunities to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that are essential in today’s society. Experiential learning can easily be linked to the student’s academic program and thus, the person has an option of receiving credits for getting various types of experiences that are available at Bishop’s University.

It is not just about learning – it is about getting involved in activities that make a difference.
