Diplomas

All degree diplomas are printed once a year and are awarded at the Convocation Ceremony. Following tradition, diplomas are printed in Latin. Each graduand receives both English and French translations of their diploma.

Graduands attending their Convocation Ceremony will receive their diplomas at the event. Those who are unable to attend have two options to receive their diplomas (available only after Convocation weekend):

1. Pick up in person: diplomas can be collected by the graduand at the Registrar’s Office during business hours.
   • Location: Mountain House, 2nd floor, above the Purple Pod food court.
   • Hours: Weekdays from 9:00 AM to noon, and 1:00 to 4:00 PM.
     
2. Mail delivery: diplomas can be mailed for a fee.
   • Canadian shipping: $25
   • International shipping: $50
