International Students’ Virtual Office
Do you have questions about your international student status? Your obligations? Your arrival? Come and meet our Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIA). These sessions are a 5-10 minute drop-in meeting period on Zoom. When you come to the Virtual Office, you will be placed automatically in a waiting room. Please be patient and wait until you are admitted. Depending on the time of year, there may be quite a few students in line! To help us help you, please come prepared with your Bishop’s student ID number so that we can easily find your file. Come knock on the door of our virtual office!
Every Tuesday and Thursday morning, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. EST.
Do you have questions about your international student status? Your obligations? Your arrival? Do you have any questions about mobility opportunities abroad that may be available to you? Come and meet the Bishop’s International team to find answers to your questions!
The staff of Bishop’s International is located in Norton (204-205-206).
Drop-in hours: In-person drop-ins will resume in the Fall semester; details will be available at a later time.

The Canada Revenue Agency is unable to offer their tax obligation workshop this season. We encourage you to make use of their online resources and tools.
CAQ and Study Permit Renewal Process (online)
Each semester, workshops on the CAQ and study permit renewal are offered on a monthly basis. Prior to attending our workshop, please read about the renewal process on our website and come prepared to ask your questions. The immigration landscape has been rapidly evolving since January 2024 – and continues to evolve. Even if you have previously had to renew your documents, do not assume that the process will be same. Attend this webinar to make sure you are up to date!
