This program is designed for bilingual students (French and English), including prospective applicants from systemically underrepresented backgrounds, who intend to practice clinical psychology. As a Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC) program offered by extension at Bishop’s University, it focuses on professional clinical psychology and will equip students to conduct psychological assessments and perform psychological interventions.

The Master of Arts in Educational Studies (M.A.) is a 45-credit program that lead students to further their scholarly and professional development as administrators, educational leaders, educators, and researchers for work in educational institutions and in other organizational, professional, and community settings where enhancing learning for the social, cultural, digital, and economic needs of the 21st century are at the forefront. Students engage with the social, historical, cultural, and linguistic dimensions of education and consider issues of power, diversity, gender, and marginalization in education.

The Master of Science in Physics is designed to help students develop a deeper understanding of physics while gaining comprehensive exposure to research methodology. Through thesis-based graduate study, students build the skills needed to become independent researchers. Research is being carried out in areas such as astrophysics, gravitation and cosmology, and theoretical physics: – Astrophysics (Stellar and Binary Evolution, Exoplanets, Multi-Messenger Astrophysics) – Gravitation & Cosmology (Modified Gravity, Gravitational and Cosmological Theory, Black Holes) – Theoretical Physics (Quantum Field Theory, Solitons/Instantons, Gravity, Particle Physics)
