Conference of the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education

Bishop’s University and Université de Sherbrooke are joining forces to welcome some 500 scholars, students, and postdoctoral fellows for the 38th Annual Conference of the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. The theme for this event, which will take place on both campuses from June 19 to June 22, 2018, is “Pedagogical Innovation: Adapting Practice to Evolving Cultures.” Among the events taking place at this conference is the award ceremony for the 3M National Teaching and Student Fellows – Bishop’s University Student Chloé Soucy will be one of the recipients.

Faculty members from both institutions have been collaborating for the past year in the organization of this conference. Dr. Corinne Haigh, Bishop’s University School of Education, and Dr. Denis Bédard, Département de pédagogie at Université de Sherbrooke, are co-Chairs of this large-scale, bilingual event.
