The Sustainable Development and Built Environment Committee shall be charged with oversight of University planning and policies pertaining to sustainable development as well as its built environment and oversees major campus building and landscape projects.

The Sustainable Development and Built Environment Committee is composed of:

  • two (2) External Board members;
  • three (3) Internal Board Members, two (2) who are member of the faculty and the student member of the Board of Governors;
  • two (2) external community members, one (1) who is the Director on the Lennoxville Regional College or their delegate;
  • the Chair of the Board of Governors; and
  • the Principal and Vice-Chancellor.

The Vice-Principal Finance and Administration and the Manager of Capital Planning and Projects shall attend meetings of the Sustainable Development and Built Environment Committee in a non-voting capacity.
