Leadership Retreat

October 23 – 25, 2026, Eastman Club

The Leadership Retreat is a weekend immersive off-campus experience designed to build meaningful connections and strengthen leadership skills. Through interactive workshops, guest speakers, and activities led by student leaders and faculty/staff, participants will learn to identify challenges in their communities, develop strategies to address them, and take actionable steps to create positive change on campus and beyond.

Grad School Day

November 5 (TBC), 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in The Gait

Grad School Day is an event for students who are considering pursuing graduate studies and want to obtain information on the different graduate programs available to them. It’s a great opportunity to network with university representatives, gain valuable information on admission processes and requirements, or ask questions you may have regarding graduate studies.

Campus to Career (formerly Career Bootcamp)

Black Professionals Networking Event

February 11, 2027 – 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., The Gait

Join us for an evening of connection and inspiration at our Black Professionals Networking Event. This gathering is designed to provide students with the opportunity to meet and engage with Black professionals from a wide range of industries. Through informal conversations, students will gain valuable insights into different career paths, learn from lived experiences, and build relationships that can support their professional journeys.

B.U. Job Fair (formerly Career Day)

February 25, 2027 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in The Gait

Whether you are graduating this year or just starting your first semester at Bishop’s, now is a great time to start participating in exploring career options. The B.U. Job Fair is an opportunity to gather insight into the industry, learn about a company’s hiring practices, find out about their training programs, and impress them with your skills and abilities.

Project Incubator

March 6 -7, 2027 – Location to be determined.

Project Incubator is a two-day, on-campus experience designed for students to build skills and advance on-campus projects through an equitable and inclusive design lens. Throughout the weekend, participants develop key components of a proposal or action plan, including a clear vision, mission, and next steps to bring ideas to life. The program also explores effective ways to communicate projects and highlights campus resources available to support implementation.
