Attending the IACAC Conference in Hamilton, Ontario this Summer 2027? Join us after for a tour of Quebec’s three English universities: McGill University, Concordia University, and Bishop’s University.

Itinerary for the Quebec Campus Quest Tour

Arrivals — July 17, 2027
The starting point of the tour will be Hamilton, ON. From Hamilton, we will be bussing to Montreal, QC for the official Welcome Dinner.

Departures — July 23, 2027
Your tour will conclude in Montreal, QC with departures Friday (after 3:00 PM).

July 17 – Travel Day: Hamilton to Montreal
July 18 – Reception: Welcome Dinner in Montreal
July 19 – McGill University: Montreal
July 20 – Concordia University: Montreal
July 21 – Travel Day/Group Activities: Montreal to Sherbrooke
July 22 – Bishop’s University: Sherbrooke
July 23 – Departure: Sherbrooke to Montreal (YUL or Downtown)

(Flight Departures may begin after 3:00 PM EST)

March 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST is the last day to register to be considered.

Registrations will be reviewed and confirmed on a rolling basis. You will receive an email notification if your participation is accepted. Counsellors who are not confirmed will be placed on a waitlist and may still be offered a spot as space becomes available. This process will continue until all seats are filled.
