Bishop’s University announces Kim St. Hillaire as Associate Vice-principal Human Resources

Bishop’s University is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim St. Hillaire as Associate Vice-Principal, Human Resources, effective October 6, 2026. 

Mrs. St. Hillaire joins Bishop’s from Shriners Hospitals for Children – Canada in Montreal, where she has served as Director of Human Resources since 2020.  

Her extensive professional experience in the public sector includes partnering with executive leadership teams and boards to advance strategic human resources and employee wellbeing initiatives, labour relations, and organizational development and governance. As a Human Resources executive leader, Kim has led transformation and change management projects in complex environments that have resulted in improved employee wellbeing, supported evolving organizations, and improved processes. 

A CRHA-designated human resources professional, Kim holds an M.S.W. from McGill University, an M.Sc. in Organizational Management and Development from Université Laval, and is currently pursuing a graduate diploma in Dispute Prevention and Resolution from the faculty of Law at Université de Sherbrooke.
