Bishop’s University will consider late applications for Fall 2025 to degree programs on an individual basis. Please contact the Admissions Office directly via email at admissions@ubishops.ca to see if you are eligible. Note that Bishop’s is still accepting applications to General Interest Studies.

  • Spring 2025:
    • Admissions Office begins full evaluation of Winter application files for possible admission.
  • September 1, 2025:
    • Deadline for international students to submit an undergraduate application and be considered for Winter entry.

  • November 1, 2025:

For anyone looking to apply to the Doctor of Psychology, Clinical Psychology Profile program.

Dates and Deadlines

The next possible entry for the Doctor of Psychology, Clinical Psychology Profile program is Fall (September) 2027.

Things to Note Before Applying

  1. To successfully submit an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Certificate application form, you must make a $75 CAD application fee (non-refundable) payment. You will be asked to submit this payment via credit card at the end of the application, so have your information ready.
  2. After submitting the payment, you will have the option to upload any supporting documents with your application. If you do not have your supporting documents ready now, you can submit them to the Admissions Office via your myBU Applicant Portal (information below), as a PDF email attachment to admissions@ubishops.ca, by regular mail c/o Admissions Office, or in person during our regular business hours at a later time.
  3. Visit our Academic Programs section for a complete list and full descriptions of all the programs offered at Bishop’s University.

“myBU” Applicant Portal

Once an application has been submitted you will receive your “myBU” Applicant Portal login information via email within three to five business days.

It is via the Applicant Portal that you can follow along the most up-to-date status of your application, upload any missing documents to complete your application file, as well as access key resources and information about the university.

Admissions files are assessed on a rolling basis, therefore once all required documents are received, an initial evaluation will be completed within 10 business days for most programs.
