    ENGAGE Activity Directory
    September, October, November 2023The ENGAGE team will review all the entries for the academic year and make sure they are all validated by the assigned person.
    The ENGAGE team will view each graduating student’s profile, and proofread and print all certificates.
    September 11 to November 3, 2023Requests for new positions not currently listed in the ENGAGE Activity Directory will be accepted.
    December 8, 2023Deadline for students to add activities for the fall semester. No exceptions.
    December 22, 2023Deadline for validators to approve (or decline) student entries for the fall semester.
    January 8 to March 1, 2024Requests for new positions not currently listed in the ENGAGE Activity Directory will be accepted.
    January, February, March, April 2024Remember to update your ENGAGE profile throughout the semester as needed, and make sure all your activities are entered properly.
    April 26, 2024Deadline for students to add activities for the winter semester. No exceptions.
    May 10, 2024Deadline for validators to approve (or decline) student entries for the winter semester.
    May and June 2024The certificates of all graduating students will be printed and mailed to their home address.
    June 2024The certificates of all graduating students will be printed and mailed to home address.
