Sonya Anvar

Sonya is a first year student studying in Biology – Health Sciences with a cumulative average of 80.93%. She is from Rosemere, Quebec. Sonya will be participating in a six-week internship at the Institute of Molecular Oncology, in Milan working with a research group on longevity and cancer.

Lisa Astrologo

Lisa is a second year Applied Psychology student with a cumulative average of 90.5%. Originally from Laval, Quebec, Lisa will intern with the Research Chair in Early Adolescent Development at Concordia University during the summer months and participate in an advanced intensive statistical training course.

Emma Fingler

Emma is a third year Political Studies honours student with minors in both Religion and International Studies. The native of Burnaby, BC has a cumulative average of 84.16%. She will be taking a six week course studying disaster management at the Disaster Management at the American University of Paris. While attending, she will be writing a blog focusing on her travels, studies, and culture.

Tirza Harris

Tirza is a third year Classical Studies student from Kingston, Ontario. Her cumulative average is 78.33%. She will be attending a two-week intensive mosaic course taught in Ravenna.

Stephanie Janeiro

Stephanie is a third year Liberal Arts and Fine Arts student from Montreal, Quebec. She has a 90.67% cumulative average. Stephanie will be taking part in an introduction course on architectural drawing and a preparation course on building an architecture portfolio at the University of the Arts in London, England.

Lillian is a first year Music major from Lennoxville, Quebec with a cumulative average of 86%. She will be partaking in an internship at Piccolo Studio, where she will learn about recording, producing, and life in music studios.

Ryan Lundell-Creagh

Ryan is a third year Applied Psychology and Biology honours student. The Montreal, Quebec native has a cumulative average of 90.95%. He will be attending a conference given by the Association for Research in Personality in St. Louis, Missouri. Ryan also plans to present his honours thesis while attending the conference.

Clare Murphy

Clare is a fourth year Neuroscience student from Ottawa, Ontario. She is a returning student with a cumulative average of 80.24%. Clare will be travelling to Madagascar with the Edge of Africa volunteer program where she will research the behaviour of lemurs and monitor the distribution of other native species.

Tyler Pierotti

Tyler is a second year Pre-medicine and Biology- Health Sciences student coming from Montreal. His cumulative average is 88.60%. He will be shadowing doctors in Croatia for two weeks where he will observe first-hand the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Matthew Robinson

Matt is a third year Sociology honours, and International Studies student. He is from North Bay, Ontario with a cumulative average of 84.81%. Matt will participate in the Graduate Institute of International Development Studies Summer Program where he will focus on international affairs and multilateral governance, in Geneva, Switzerland.

Ananya Srivastava

Ananya is a second year Chemistry major with a cumulative average of 89.98%. The Mississauga, Ontario native will be researching gold complexes as anticancer drugs in Braunschweig, Germany. She will also be taking a two-week language course before the start of the internship.

Katherine is a fourth year student studying English, Education, Drama, and French. The Toronto, Ontario native has a cumulative average of 88.70%. She will be attending a six week intensive Master of Fine Arts summer program at Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia. She will be specializing in the study and writing of Young Adult Literature.
