CALACS – Aggression Estrie

Women’s Center for help with and to fight against sexual assault. 24 Hr. Crisis and Support Line. Aggression Estrie supports women victims of sexual assault. It has a confidential phone support line, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff members offer referrals, ongoing monitoring, as well as legal, medical, and social accompaniment. They also offer support to the families and friends of victims.

MomentHom – (Centre d’entraide pour hommes de l’Estrie)

This organization works with men seeking assistance for a variety of issues, including family problems, relationship troubles, abuse, sexual assault, job loss, bereavement, and financial difficulties. Men counsellors are available in person for ongoing psychological and social support, and are also available by phone from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.

Founded in 1981, the Lennoxville & District Women’s Centre (LDWC) is a community organization serving women throughout the Estrie region. We are women helping women. Give us a call or drop by to learn more about us!

Offers accompaniment to CALAC for assistance, and meetings with an Intervener. This Center offers sexual assault services for women, including confidential counselling in a safe space. The Center deals with all forms of sexual assault, including rape, date rape, incest, harassment and stalking, assault in a school setting, gang rape, and more.
