Service Requests

For service requests, please navigate to myBU through the Bishop’s University website, and login with your credentials. On the left hand side, under Offices & Services, you will find B&G Work Orders. You might have to supply your Bishop’s credentials a second time. At this point you’ll be faced with the service requester. At the bottom of this page, you will find a video outlining the proper procedure for entering a work order. When entering a service request for a set-up, please select the appropriate date in the Needed By field. Do not hesitate to contact the Buildings & Grounds department at ext. 2650 for any problems when entering a service request. Please keep in mind that you will have to enter your service request a minimum of 5 days prior to the due date.

Accuracy is crucial, as it allows the department to complete its duties efficiently and responsibly. However, your help is needed to accomplish that. This is why we strongly urge everybody not to take any shortcuts when entering a service request, as this will only add more time to the process. Service requests that are missing information or that are inaccurate will be denied. Emails or phone calls are not accepted for any service request.
