Workshop Crew

Our workshop crew can fix anything. From broken locks to holes in the wall and everything in between. They even move piles of snow for the winter carnival and transform Denver Gym for Convocation. They take pride in keeping BU grounds safe and looking amazing. Our locksmiths, mechanics, laborers, painter, and carpenter proudly wear the Buildings and Grounds logo so when you see them around campus, make sure you say hello!

Boiler Room Maintenance Crew

A clogged toilet, kitchen or bathroom sink leaking, too hot or too cold, lights or outlets not working? The Boiler room crew to the rescue! Wearing the Buildings and Grounds logo, the plumbers, electricians, and electromechanics are part of the maintenance crew and are ready to save the day! If you see them in their BU Grand Caravans, make sure to wave, you may need their services during your stay at BU.

Facility Attendants

You’ll find our facility attendants all over campus, from residence halls to classrooms. They take pride in keeping the rooms you live and learn in beautiful and clean, and are usually offering a ‘hello’ when they pass you in the halls. The attendants will also help setup rooms for different events throughout the year. As always, if they are wearing the Buildings and Grounds logo, they are part of the team and here to help.
