Services We Provide

  • Identify with you the best time to hold your event.
  • Help you to identify the students that you want to reach out to and the different ways we can promote your event to them.
  • Book conference rooms, as well as computer and multimedia equipment you may need.
  • Advertise your event to student associations and professors and ask them to promote the event to their members and students.
  • Welcome you and provide assistance during your event.

Information Needed

To promote your event, we will need the following information:

  • A short description of the event.
  • Name, website of your company, organization, or school, logo in the following format: JPG, PNG, or GIF.
  • Short description of your company, organization, or school and why you are coming to Bishop’s University (recruit for summer positions, promote your graduate program, etc.).
  • Time and place of your event (that we will have determined together).
  • If relevant, the name of the person the students should contact or send their résumé to, and the deadline for applying for a position.

We will email this information to all students and professors (or targeted group of students) a week and a day prior to the event. Ideally, we need to receive this information at least two weeks in advance, especially if you would like us to promote your event to different student associations.
