I’m pleased to work with a great team of Directors, Managers and staff who are constantly finding creative ways to enhance the experience of our students and our entire community through the support services we offer.

VPFA Responsibilities

The Vice-Principal Finance and Administration is ultimately responsible for the financial sustainability of the University and making sure the University’s funds are used with care and optimally.

The VPFA is also responsible for:

Financial Services
Information Technology Services
Buildings and Grounds
Ancillary Services
Government relations
Sustainable Development

The VPFA is also the Treasurer of the Bishop’s University Foundation.

Biography

Prior to joining Bishop’s in 2010, Isabelle Goyette occupied executive leadership roles in telecommunications, public television and communications sectors.

In 2015, she was named Associate VP Finance and Operations, which included overseeing the departments of Buildings and Grounds and IT, and in 2017 promoted to Vice-President.

Since 2022, Isabelle Goyette has also assumed the responsibility of Government Relations.

Throughout her time at Bishop’s she has participated as a member of many committees.
