Students who were born in Quebec automatically qualify as Quebec residents.
If a student was born in another province before January 1994 and was baptized in Quebec before they were four months old they may qualify for Quebec status. We would need to see the original baptism certificate issued by the church.
A student born outside Quebec may qualify as Quebec Residency if they meet the Quebec governments criteria.
It is the student's responsibility to provide all supporting documents for Quebec residency before the end of the semester they are requesting a status change
