PROCEDURES for payment of school fees:

Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. The calculation form will help you determine your school fees. The fees include tuition, compulsory fees, incidental fees and health insurance. The regular full load is usually 15 credits(5 courses) each semester. - COMPLETE THE ON-LINE HEALTH INSURANCE FORM
All International students are required to have health insurance while studying full-time in Canada. You must complete the on-line Health Insurance form below. You will find the description of the ETFS health coverage in this brochure.
Option for Entente Countries: International students from Entente countries (DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, LUXEMBURG, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, SWEDEN) may apply for the Quebec health insurance (Ramq) while studying full time in Quebec. Please contact businessoffice@ubishops.ca for information regarding International Bank Transfers. Online banking from a Canadian bank, cash, cheque and credit card (for health insurance only) - SEND YOUR PAYMENT BY THE DEADLINE
You must add $65.00 to your payment if you pay after the deadline date. NOTE: If you send your payment in the mail, your envelope must be post-marked up to the deadline dates to avoid the late penalty.
