PROCEDURES for payment of school fees:
- USE THE CALCULATION FORM BELOW.
The calculation form below will help you determine your school fees. The fees include tuition, compulsory fees and incidental fees. You will be able to deduct your confirmation deposit, scholarship or other credits as it applies to your situation. The regular full load is 15 credits per semester.
Financial Aid Applicants: If you applied for government loans, you can pay your fees when you receive your funds at the start of the semester. You will not have to pay the late fee if you complete the online Promissory Note by the required deadline. You are responsible to pay your fees from your loan in September or in January. - SELECT A METHOD OF PAYMENT
The preferred method of payment is On-Line banking. You can pay using your internet banking with the following banks: RBC, CIBC, BMO, Desjardins, National Bank, Scotia Bank and TD. Add Bishop's University as a payee using your student ID# as your account number. Cash and Interac at the Business Office counter. Cheques payable to Bishop's University. US cheques are accepted (please contact the Business Office for the current exchange rate) Credit Cards and Credit Card cheques are not accepted.
International Bank transfers can be made to Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)

Online banking from a Canadian bank, cash, cheque and credit card (for health insurance only) - SEND YOUR PAYMENT BY THE DEADLINE
You must add $65.00 to your payment if you pay after the deadline date. NOTE: If you send your payment in the mail, your envelope must be post-marked up until the deadline date. - New Students-If you are planning on being a full time student please complete the calculation form based on 15 credits(5 courses). Once you are registered in your courses and know exactly what you are taking use the calculation form again to determine if you have any additional fees.
