8th Annual Research Week, March 18 – 22, 2013
- Poster must imperatively contain your name, the title of your project, your department, and the name of your supervisor/professor
- The posters must contain your project’s basic information (hypothesis, objectives, research questions, methodology, results, conclusions, references, etc...)
- The maximum poster size is 36 x 48 inches.
- Posters should be clear and easy to follow. Keep in mind that people from all academic backgrounds will be looking at your poster.
- Electronic files (PPT format) of posters should be sent for printing at the printshop by Monday, March 11, 2013 at the latest.
- The university will cover the printing costs for ONE copy of your poster should you use our printing services. Other venues also offer printing services in Sherbrooke (Copiexpert Plus, Imacom, etc.), but you would have to cover the costs of printing.
