* Be aware of the information that may affect you in the Academic Calendar, particularly those sections dealing with your academic program.

* Receipt of registration information does not change academic decisions which may have been made, or which will be made, concerning an individual's eligibility to attend Bishop's University.

* Registrations are accepted on a provisional basis until verification can be made that the registration complies with any restrictions required by the student's academic or financial situation. If there is a problem, the student will be contacted as quickly as possible.

During the academic year, students’ official address for correspondence is their on-campus mail box and their e-mail address. If you don’t already have a mailbox, please get one at the Mail Room in the Student Centre as soon as possible.

Q U E S T I O N S ?

On your minor/major/honours program, contact the appropriate Departmental Chairperson or Divisional Dean.

On your transcript, personal information, letters of permission to complete courses elsewhere, graduation information or the web registration system, contact the Records Office.

On admission, advance/transfer credits, scholarships or academic probation, contact the Admissions Office.

On Exchange programs, contact the Study Abroad Office.

On residence accommodation, meal plans or IDs, contact Residence and Conferences Services.

On fees, loans and bursaries or tax receipts, contact the Business Office.
