Dr. Fuschia Sirois

Fuschia Sirois holds a Tier II Canada Research Chair in Health and Well-being, and is the co-ordinator of the Psychological Health and Well-being Research Cluster at Bishop's University. She is also the co-author of the second Canadian edition of Shelley Taylor's Health Psychology textbook. Her research is focused on understanding the role of self-regulation in health and well-being in healthy and clinical populations, as well as the use of mental simulations and temporal perspectives for promoting well-being during goal pursuit.
