There are several research projects ongoing in the lab that require research volunteers. Many of these are on-line studies that are open to people anywhere in the world, whereas others are specifically for people living in Quebec. Some offer a chance to win gift cards.

Environmental Knowledge and Concerns for the Environment Study The environment is a topic of increasing popularity around the world, and there are very different levels of concern for environmental issues among populations. What factors influence attitudes and behaviors towards the environment, and how are these factors linked to environmental concerns?. Please take this brief research survey to help us answer these questions. Your responses will be anonymous and for participating you will be given a chance to win a $50 gift card to an online bookstore. The results will conttribute and undergraduate student's independent studies research project.

Pain Perception and Pain Recall Study Have you ever experienced acute pain? Do you know someone who lives with a chronic pain condition? We would like to better understand society’s attitudes towards different pain conditions and individual pain experiences. We need your help to with this research which is focused on understanding the underlying differences in the experience of pain.Please complete this brief survey which will contribute to an honour's thesis project. Impact of the Economic Downturn in Quebec on Psychological Health and Well-being Study: Are you a resident of Quebec who feels impacted in some way, for better or worse, by the current economic recession? The first 250 Quebec residents who participate in a survey study about the impact of the financial recession on psychological health and well-being, for better or worse, are eligible to receive a $20 grocery gift card.
