As a student who is interested in creating a co=curricular record, your responsibility is to select an activity that automatically requests the validator associated with it to verify your active involvement.
Log on
You don't have to sign up for an account; you simply log on to the LEAP program. Following the instructions very carefully.
STEP 1: Click here: LEAP
STEP 2: Log on! Please note a slight change in the user name for this log in box. Your user name is: bishops\username i.e. Bishops\pgraham08
Password is the same as you use to log on to your BU email.
When the LEAP page loads, the first thing to do is review the Activities list. It's lengthy but worth the time. It describes each activity and the name of the validator.
Add your activity
When you are ready to add an activity to your LEAP profile, follow these instructions very carefully.
STEP 3: Click on L.E.A.P. Student Profile on the left hand side bar.
STEP 4: Add activities to your profile! Click on the New tab (on the yellow tool bar mid way down the page.) Select your activity from the drop down list, and add the name of the Validator (that is the person who oversaw the activity and can verify that you completed the tasks). Click OK and your request has been sent!
STEP 5: Repeat as necessary to include all the activities you have been involved in during a semester and update on a regular basis.
IMPORTANT: Review all 700 activiites from the LEAP Activities listing button on the left hand side of the menu. Make note of the validator that is associated with your choices.
