Bishop's University has a 12-seat video conference facility located in the Hamilton 300 conference room.
This room provides state-of-the-art H.323 video and audio streaming permitting students, staff and faculty to 'attend' meetings around the world without leaving the campus.
For campus community members (students/staff/faculty) who would like to use this facility, please download and fill-out the "Video Conference Call Information" form below. The form will provide you with complete instructions about how to book the room and arrange for technical assistance.
Note that if your video conference occurs outside of normal business hours, a charge might apply. You will be informed of this when you are contacted back after submitting the form.
