Android Devices
Note that Android devices come in many varieties and although we will attempt to support all users, we have discovered that different devices and software versions may have issues connecting to both the wireless and the email server here on campus.
Blackberry Devices
Blackberry products are considered "best effort support" devices. We will always try to assist Blackberry users if they come to see us at the Helpdesk (J107), however we have a relatively low success rate with configuring both wireless and email on these devices.
