When mail is placed in your junk folder, it begins to accumulate. This mail occupies space within your account and it is important to clean it out if you want to maintain free space for incoming mail. Emptying your junk mail folder will move the mail into your 'Deleted Items,' and from here, you can PERMANENTLY remove mail from your account.
To move junk mail to your deleted folder follow these steps:
- Right click on your junk folder.
- Select 'Empty Folder' from the drop down list.

To delete mail PERMANENTLY from your Trash Bin, follow these steps:
- Right click on your Trash Bin.
- Select 'Empty Folder' from the drop down list.
