Please take note that, effective April 1, 2008, Aon Consulting has been mandated by the Pension Committee to act as the Plan Administrator. Aon Consulting has been the actuary of the Pension Plan for many years.
For inquiries regarding any pension matters:
- Aon Hewitt established a customer contact center that can be reached at 1-888-551-5148 and is available Monday to Friday between 08h30 and 16h30.
- You may call and leave a message at all other times.
- A bilingual customer service representative will be able to respond to most of your questions immediately and will be able to process any calculation request.
- The email service at ubishops@aon.ca is still available.
