Men's Game Notes / Women's Game Notes (pdf)

THIS WEEK: The Bishop’s Gaiters open up the regular season with a doubleheader at Concordia to face the Stingers. Tipoff for the men's game is set for 6 p.m., with the women tipping off at 8 p.m.

THE RECORDS - WOMEN: The Gaiters come into the game with a 4-2 overall record, after having gone 1-2 at the Alberta Pandas Hoopfest and sweeping all three games at the Don Grant Invitational. The Gaiters are on a three-game winning streak. The Stingers are 3-7 overall, and enter on a three-game losing streak, having lost all three games on a road trip to Saskatchewan two weeks ago.

THE RECORDS - MEN: The Gaiters are 3-6 overall, with wins in two of their past three games. The Gaiters went 1-5 in their first two weeks, while playing four ranked teams. Concordia is 5-6 overall, but 5-2 vs. CIS teams. They were swept on a three-game NCAA road trip over the past two weeks.
