Men's Rugby Win Homecoming Game

Lennoxville, Sept. 26, 2005 - The Bishop's Gaiters defeat their cross- town rival the Sherbrooke Vert et Or 41-3 last Friday Night in front of 250 fans at the Optimist Park in Lennoxville.

Adam Barrette with two tries, Nick Gauthier, Rob Scruton, Matt Studley, Chris Sawer and Andrew Fawcett with one each scored for Bishop's. Matt Gagnon converted three tries for six points.

Next week, the Bishop’s squad will be looking to improve their record to 3-1 on the season this weekend as they host the Concordia Stingers at 15h Sunday afternoon. The Gaiters won the only previous meeting between the two squads earlier in the year by a score of 27- 22.
