NOTE: THIS TEXT BELOW HAS BEEN TRANSLATED AND ADAPTED FROM CALACS’ WEBSITE

If you have been sexually assaulted you may feel all kinds of negative feelings, like shame, guilt, not being normal, or anger. You may be confused, or might not understand what happened to you, feel lost and like everything is going wrong. You might also have the impression that no one seems to understand you or even believe you!

After what you have been going through, these reactions are NORMAL.

What is ABNORMAL is being sexually assaulted.
Whatever the age, way of life, clothing, etc…

REMEMBER:
THE ONLY PERSON RESPONSIBLE — THE ONLY GUILTY PERSON — IS THE AGGRESSOR!
