Lennoxville, Sherbrooke and the surrounding area

Choosing Bishop’s means that you will be living in one of the most beautiful regions in the country.

Our campus is nestled between the rolling country hills of the Eastern Townships, the confluence of two rivers and the quaint bilingual borough of Lennoxville (population 5,800). No matter the season, our idyllic setting is serene, yet offers everything you would find in a larger city.

As a student you’ll make  Lennoxville your immediate home away from home, where the local pubs and shops will welcome you. Venture deeper into the city of Sherbrooke, known for its cultural diversity and plentiful entertainment options. Or travel the Eastern Townships and even across the border into Vermont or New Hampshire, where outdoor discoveries, outlet shopping and further adventures abound.

Attractions:

  • 8 ski hills located within two hours of campus
  • Grandes-Fourches cycling network: 125 km of bike paths
  • Mont-Bellevue Park: our local ski hill and the largest park in Sherbrooke

  • Old Lennoxville Golf Club: owned and operated by Bishop’s, it is the oldest nine-hole golf course in Canada
