Dr. Ignatieff will speak about his roots in the Eastern Townships and the significant impact that this region has had on his life. The second half of the afternoon’s lecture will include Dr. Ignatieff’s thoughts on his Canadian heritage as are featured in his recent work, True Patriot Love (2009).

The lecture will be given primarily in English, although questions in French will be welcomed during the question-answer period. Those attending will have the opportunity to meet and greet Dr. Ignatieff at the conclusion of his lecture during a small reception. The event is free of charge and all are welcome.
