Please describe clearly the purpose of the project.

Briefly describe what the students will be doing (e.g. creating a manual, organizing an event, conducting research). If you want the students to conduct research, what are the research questions to be answered?

Describe how the project will benefit the host organization and the community.

Describe what the student(s) might learn from the project.

Identify any screening or training requirements (e.g. police checks, confidentiality agreements).

List your organization’s expectations with regards to student background and skills required for the project.

It is expected that all project related resources (e.g. supervision assistance) and costs (e.g. photocopying, office supplies, work-space, computer, phone, travel expenses, etc.) will be provided by you, the host organization. Please give a specific outline of the resources your organization will provide to facilitate completion of this project.
