From Montreal or points west - Take the Champlain Bridge from Montreal to Autoroute 10. Take exit 140 for Sherbrooke. Travel south to the end of Autoroute 410 (approximately 4 km). Turn left on Boul. de l'Université. At the second traffic light turn right onto Chemin Ste. Catherine. Travel for approximately 3 km. Turn left onto Montée Ascot and continue until the stop sign. Turn right on Ch. Dunant. At the flashing yellow light/stop sign turn left onto Ch. Bel Horizon. This will bring you straight to the Bishop's campus (6km). You will also be able to follow green directional signs for Bishop's University.

From Quebec City or points north / east - Take Autoroute 20 from Quebec City to Drummondville. Travel south on Autoroute 55. Take exit 140 and follow directions above.

From Maine or points east - The closest border crossing from Maine to Bishop's is at Coburn Gore / Woburn. From the border, follow rte 212 west to Cookshire, then take rte 108 west which passes in front of the University.

From Vermont or points south - Take interstate 91 in Vermont to the Rock Island border crossing. Continue past the border approx. 1mile to exit 2 for rte 143. Turn left at the stop sign onto rte 143 north towards Sherbrooke. Once in Lennoxville veer right just before the traffic light. Follow College for 3/4 km.

By bus:

Daily service from Montreal to Sherbrooke is available from Station Centrale d’Autobus (505, boul. de Maisonneuve est (514) 842-2281).  The trip is approximately two hours in length, arriving downtown Sherbrooke, a short taxi or city bus ride from the Bishop’s campus.

By air:

Sherbrooke is not currently served by major airlines.

International airports nearest Bishop’s:
Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) approximately two hours drive from Bishop’s campus
Burlington International Airport (BTV)  approximately 2 ½ hours drive from Bishop’s campus.

By rail:

Via Rail does not currently service Sherbrooke.  However, there is a bus from Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport and Central Station (VIA) to Station Centrale d’Autobus downtown Montreal providing service to Sherbrooke.
