This 6-credit independent project, under the supervision of a mentor assigned by the School of Education, permits the M.Ed. student in the final stages of his/her program to draw on various appropriate and significant experiences and insights to inform the design of a novel unit of study and to facilitate the inquiry into its enactment. Each project will seek to inform practice through a significant research component.

Prerequisite: Completion of all course requirements for the Master of Education degree with a concentration in Curriculum Studies, including GSE706 - Exit Project Proposal.
