This course provides students with an understanding of the strategic role of organizational compensation management in todays competitive environment. Students will explore the theory, concepts and methods used to design compensation systems which will contribute to individual and organizational goal achievement. Current and controversial topics in the field of Compensation Management will also be discussed.
