This course represents an introduction to corporate finance. It focuses on the determinants of finanacial policy at the microeconomic level. The students will become familiar with the issues and challenges faced by a financial manager. Emphasis will be placed on financial planning and corporate growth, capital structure, and dividend policy decisions.

Prerequisite: BFN 200.
