This course will explore the technical approaches used in current research and biotechnology, emphasizing the application of molecular strategies and processes studied in Biochemistry 370. Both the theoretical and practical aspects of these molecular approaches will be discussed, as well as how these techniques are utilized and how they have changed modern research and medicine.

Prerequisite: Biology 360a or Biochemistry 370a
Corequisite: Biochemistry 384b
