10:00 am - 1:30 pm | Pick up academic dress (Hangar building-behind the tennis courts) |
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm | Reception for Morning and Afternoon Convocations |
2:00 pm | Doors to the Centennial Theatre open for guests |
2:15 pm | Academic Procession lines up outside the Turner Studio Theatre |
3:00 pm | Convocation begins |
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm | Refreshments following ceremony |
7:00 pm | Robing Room in the Hangar closes. All academic dress must be returned before 7:00 pm. If you do not return your academic dress, you will be invoiced $350. |
