9:30 am - 1:00 pm | Pick up academic dress (Hangar building–behind the tennis courts) |
Friday | |
3:00 pm | Doors to the Centennial Theatre open for guests |
3:15 pm | Academic Procession lines up outside the Turner Studio Theatre |
4:00 pm | Convocation begins |
6:00 - 6:45 pm | Refreshments following ceremony |
8:00 pm | Robing Room in the Hangar closes. All academic dress must be returned before 8:00 pm. If you do not return your academic dress, you will be invoiced $350. |
