CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations require forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to stated date of arrival (ie. prior to 4:00 pm on scheduled arrival date). Failure to do so will incur a one night charge.
HOUSEKEEPING & LAUNDRY SERVICES
Forget your toothbrush? Men’s and ladies’ overnight kits are available for a small fee. Self-operated laundry services are also available. Laundry supplies may be purchased at the Reception Desk, Paterson Hall.
PARKING
All vehicles parked on-campus are required to display a valid parking permit. One (1) free visitor's parking pass is included with each reservation.
SPORTS, RECREATION & CYCLING
**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT RENOVATIONS WILL TAKE PLACE SUMMER 2013 IN THE SPORTS CENTER.**
Dates and times of renovations will be posted in the future.Registered guests have complimentary access to our Sports Center, outdoor pool, tennis centre and 9-hole golf course. Court fees, green fees and equipment rentals incur additional fees. Please note that the Sports Centre’s hours vary and services may be limited during your stay. A paved bicycle path to Sherbrooke and to North Hatley is directly accessible from our campus. An on-site bicycle rental service is available (first come, first served).
DINING SERVICES
Bishop’s University’s main dining room, Dewhurst Dining Hall, offers 3 meals per day and is centrally located, not more than a 3 minute walk from your room.
