Research - Dr. Patrick Dramé

Dr. Dramé’s current research involves the study of Imperialism, post-colonialism and International Relations. These themes include the study of colonization and decolonization. Pr. Dramé has also a particular interest in traditional and modern Africa. The interactions between France and the African continent constitute an important area of his research. Dr. Dramé is focusing on the topic of Modern history of Europe and is heading a study on the global impact of the 1968’s events. He’s organizing a colloquium entitled “1968, societies in crisis: a global context”. He published various articles and participated in several conferences and colloquiums. Pr. Dramé is heading the Lucienne Cnokaert chair of research.
