Car rental:
The University currently has rental agreements with the following car rental agencies in Sherbrooke:

Enterprise Car rental: Please note that if you need to rent a car for another pick up location than Sherbrooke, you can still reserve it by using Enterprise Sherbrooke in order to get a discount up to 10% on the regular location prevailing rates. The special rates are available if used for personal usage by paying directly with your personal credit card.

Basic room (2 queen beds or 1 queen bed + sofa bed, sleeps 4), including Lake View: $120.99 for 1 person, each additional person over 18 is $15.
Executive loft on top floor (1 king bed, sleeps 2): $176.99 for 1 person, each additional person over 18 is $15.
Suite (sleeps up to 4): $240.99 for 1 person, each additional person over 18 is $15.
All prices include breakfast, internet & local calls. Kids 18 or under are free.

Step 1: select your travel date and enter the corporate/promo codes information. You have to enter a ubishops.ca email address in order to get the corporate discount.

$5 rebate is offered on regular prices published on their website. Please note that this discount is offered only to Bishop’s – invoice sent and paid directly by the University.
Transportation:
We have discounts when using Via Rail. Bishop’s account number is 810619 (rebate code). In order to obtain the discount, you need to create a personal profile, make your reservation and then enter the rebate code. The system will then re-calculate the rates. Discounted rates can be used for business use only. Via Rail will ask for identification (ID card with a picture and a business card) when picking up your tickets prior to your departure.
CAUBO discounts:
Bishop’s is a member of CAUBO (Canadian Association of University Business Officers). We have access to their national negotiated contracts.
