Bishop's Annual Campaign provides critical financial support for the University on a yearly basis. Government funding covers only 66% of the University's operating costs – the balance comes from tuition fees and charitable donations.
Who benefits?
Every Bishop's student benefits on a daily basis from the Annual Campaign. Your gift can help:
- Support students through scholarships, bursaries and awards
- Purchase books and periodicals for the Library
- Support innovative teaching and research
- Improve technology in labs and classrooms
- Fund extra-curricular, cultural and athletic activities
- Fund student internships at the University and in the community
Our highest priority is financial support for students. Each year, thanks to your generosity, Bishop's is able to assist 30 % of its students through nearly $1 million in scholarships, bursaries and awards.

When to Give?
Our Annual Campaign runs from July 1 to June 30 of each year. All gifts of receipted during this period will be gratefully acknowledged in our Annual Giving Report. We encourage you to make a gift today.
