The Alumnus/na of the Year Award honours the alumnus or alumna who has made a longstanding commitment and contribution to the University.
The Alumnus/a of the Year Award is presented at Convocation each year.
2011 Recipient: Bob Goldberger '79

Bob has consistently demonstrated his commitment to Bishop’s through generous philanthropic support, committed involvement on both the Foundation Board and Foundation Audit Committee, and encouragement of the Athletics Program and students studying on exchange.
These are just a few examples of how Bob has supported Bishop’s over the years and helped to make it an even better university.
