Tina completed her Master of Arts and at last contact was pursuing a Ph. D. at the University of New Brunswick and teaching at Fredericton Community College.  Tina writes: “When I began at Bishops I was rather skeptical about what Sociology could offer or, what I could possibly do with a degree in sociology. However, the faculty presented sociology in an intriguing manner with enlightening and insightful lectures, current material and references and most importantly, demanding course requirements. These qualities, I believe, prepared me for my graduate career and granted me the resources to succeed in academia. The Honours courses... provided me with writing skills and analytical skills that led me to excel to the top of my graduate classes.
