Tamy has completed her Masters degree in Sociology at Queen’s University with a thesis: “Cameras In The City: Video Surveillance In Public Spaces In Canada”. She is now in the Ph. D. program at Carleton University in Ottawa. Tamy writes: “My current area of interest for my dissertation is sexual harassment in public spaces. I continue to be involved in the movement to oppose violence against women. I volunteered at the sexual assault crisis centre in Kingston and I am looking forward to working with the movement Ottawa.” Tamy continues to be involved in field hockey and complains about the weather in central Canada to anyone who will listen.
